What steps should managers take after getting access to the Training Portal?

Invite Your Learners

The first step after your Training Portal has been set up is to share the portal with your learners. 

There are two different ways to share access:

1. Share a link with your team (recommended)

Once your company's training portal is set up and the required training material is added, the ThinkReliability team will provide you with a URL and additional instructions to share with the learners who need access to the portal.

You can choose to send the URL and instructions via email to the selected group(s) or make them available on your company's intranet. It is recommended to communicate using the method that your employees are most familiar with. This way, you can easily ensure that your learners have the necessary information to access the training portal and start their learning journey efficiently.

Once your learners receive the URL, they can easily create their learner account or sign in if they already have an account. By signing in from this URL, learners will gain instant access to the specific content that you have personally chosen for them.

2. Provide us with contact information for your team members

If you're unable to invite your primary learners using the customized registration URL, don't worry! We have another solution for you. You can provide us with contact details about your team members, and we'll take care of inviting them to the portal. Simply share the required information of each employee you want to invite using our pre-formatted Excel file.

Once we add your main learners to the training portal, any additional learners who need access to the training content can still use the registration URL provided in the first option. This way, everyone can easily join the portal and start their learning journey without any hassle.

View Your Manager Dashboard

While your learners are being added to the portal, our team will work behind the scenes to give you manager access to the dashboard. You will receive an email notifying you of your manager status and providing an invitation to your manager dashboard.
