Workshop Communication

Our workshop coordinator will be making things happen in the background for your training to be a success. At certain times, we will be reaching out to you to gather important information, or to communicate important information related to your workshop. Here are key emails to look out for:

  • Workshop confirmation - Typically within 2 business days of confirming your workshop, we will send you a quote confirmation and ask you for several items. If we have not already, we will propose start times for your workshop. The earlier we have the details confirmed, the sooner we can set up the training for your group to register.

In this email, you can expect us to cover the following information:
    • Signing and returning the quote confirmation
    • Workshop start and end times
    • Workshop location address
    • PO details and payment terms
    • Workshop info sheet
  • Workshop info sheet and instructor introduction - Approximately one month before the start of your workshop, your workshop coordinator will provide the contact details of the instructor who will be leading your workshop.
  • Training material coordination - Two weeks before the workshop, your workshop coordinator will contact you to confirm the number of attendees from your team. This is important for us to ensure that we ship the correct amount of training materials and to determine the shipping location. If we are shipping the materials to your site, we will also send a follow-up note to confirm that the delivery is successfully made.
  • Billing information confirmation - Billing information should be confirmed approximately one week before the workshop if it has not already been done so. This will ensure a smooth and efficient process for invoicing and payment.
  • Invoicing - Approximately one week after your workshop has ended, our accounting team will send you an invoice via email. This invoice will include the charges for the workshop itself, as well as any travel or miscellaneous expenses that may have been incurred.

Computer Requirements:
If you have scheduled a three-day workshop, day 3 of the workshop will cover how to facilitate and document a complete investigation using Microsoft Excel. Individual laptops – with an external mouse and computer charger with powerstrip – or a computer lab are required for this day only. The external mouse will help laptop users complete the Excel exercises easier than with a touchpad.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

For information about ThinkReliability's cancellation policy, please refer to your quote confirmation. If you might need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled workshop, don't hesitate to reach out to your workshop coordinator. Please note that rescheduling your workshop may result in cancellation fees, depending on how soon you inform your workshop coordinator.
