What can I expect now that I've scheduled an online Cause Mapping® workshop?
Scheduled a virtual Cause Mapping® workshop for your group and wondering what happens next? We're here to help!
We are excited to have the opportunity to train your group. Whether this is your first time booking a workshop with us or you have booked with us multiple times before, we want to provide you with helpful information about the process. Workshop Coordinator
Once your workshop is confirmed, you will receive an email from our team introducing you to one of our workshop coordinators. This workshop coordinator will be the liaison between your company and ThinkReliability to coordinate the logistics of the workshop setup and testing as well as making sure your goals and preferences for the workshop are communicated to the instructor.
Workshop Communication
Our workshop coordinator will be making things happen in the background for your training to be a success. At certain times, we will be reaching out to you to gather important information, or to communicate important information related to your workshop. Here are key emails to look out for:
- Workshop confirmation - Typically within 2 business days of confirming your workshop, we will send you a quote confirmation and ask you for several items. If we have not already, we will propose start times for your workshop which will be used when setting up the registration page for your learners. The earlier we have the details confirmed, the sooner we can set up the training for your group to register.
In this email, you can expect us to cover the following information:- Signing and returning the quote confirmation
- Workshop start and end times
- Workshop platform requirements and troubleshooting
- PO details and payment terms
- Workshop info sheet
- Training portal information - If we have everything above worked out, approximately six weeks prior to your first workshop, your workshop coordinator will provide instructions on accessing your company-branded training portal. This portal is where your learners will manage their training registrations ahead of time, access training materials during and after the workshop, and receive their certificates of completion after the workshop.
- Workshop info sheet and instructor introduction - Approximately one month before the start of your workshop, your workshop coordinator will provide the contact details of the instructor who will be leading your workshop.
- Confirm billing information - Billing information should be confirmed approximately one week before the workshop if it has not already been done so. This will ensure a smooth and efficient process for invoicing and payment.
- Invoicing - Approximately one week after your workshop has ended, our accounting team will send you an invoice via email. This invoice will include the charges for the workshop itself, as well as any travel or miscellaneous expenses that may have been incurred.

After testing, please email us at support@thinkreliability.com and let us know if your test was successful, or detail any issues that you experienced.
Note: If you cannot download or install the application, please try connecting via the browser instead. For instructions, see the Unable to Download, Install, or Start the Desktop Client section of the Zoom Self-Test Guide above.
If it is determined that Zoom does not work for your group, ThinkReliability has additional platforms we can test as alternatives.
- If you would like to invite a group of people, some of whom may or may not attend the workshop, we will provide a registration link for you to send to your invitees and those interested will register themselves (with their name/email and phone)
- If you already have a list of attendees or prefer to use your own registration system that can generate an attendee report for us, please provide us with the list of email addresses and names of the attendees, and we will take care of the registration process on our end. Additionally, we will give you the registration link mentioned in option 1 above, so that any roster changes can be easily accommodated.
Cancellation / Rescheduling
For information about ThinkReliability's cancellation policy, please refer to your quote confirmation. If you might need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled workshop, don't hesitate to reach out to your workshop coordinator. Please note that rescheduling your workshop may result in cancellation fees, depending on how soon you inform your workshop coordinator. It is always best to notify us as early as possible to minimize any potential fees.
