How long is Cause Mapping® Training?

Cause Mapping training can be anywhere from 45 minutes with our free webinars to three days with our Cause Mapping Root Cause Analysis for Facilitators + Documentation. 

Our most popular Cause Mapping workshop, Cause Mapping Root Cause Analysis for Facilitators is two days long. The two-day workshop is designed to equip participants with the necessary skills to apply the Cause Mapping process effectively within their workgroup. In addition, we offer a three-day Cause Mapping for Facilitators + Documentation workshop that includes an extra day dedicated to the important task of documenting your investigation. At ThinkReliability, our focus is on ensuring that individuals can apply what they learn in the workshop to their day-to-day roles. 

As people’s proficiency in the Cause Mapping process improves, additional materials and advanced training is available.
