Can I cancel or reschedule my workshop?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your workshop, please contact your workshop coordinator as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we are committed to finding the best solution for both your team and ours. It's important to be aware that there may be fees associated with canceling or rescheduling, depending on the amount of notice provided. To avoid cancellation charges, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as you anticipate needing to adjust your workshop dates.

The specific terms for canceling workshops can be found on your quote confirmation, and they are as follows:

• If the cancellation occurs more than 60 days before the scheduled start date, there will be no charge.
• If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 45 days before the scheduled start date, 25% of the quoted price will be due.
• If the cancellation occurs between 45 and 30 days before the scheduled start date, 50% of the quoted price will be due.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled start date, 75% of the quoted price will be due.
